Thelma Horne -
Head of Practice
Thelma commenced her career in law in 1974 completing FILEX exams in the early 80’s and then qualified with the CLC in 1986.
Since then she has worked in both private practice and corporate environments opening new offices for law firms. In 2012 she set up Bespoke Law Services with the purpose of drawing on her years of experience to provide clients with a good value and outstanding service.
Claire is a Solicitor with over 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial property.
She deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, remortgages and transfers of equity. She has worked in-house for two big organisations doing commercial property and has a breadth of knowledge, including development sites, finance work, Landlord and Tenant Act and other related matters.
Katia is a consultant Solicitor with experience in residential property transactions including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and non-statutory lease extensions.
Efua studied Law at the University of South Africa and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 2008. She went on to pass the Bar Exams set by the Law Society of Lesotho and was admitted to practice as an Advocate of the High Courts of Lesotho.
She is a fee-earner with 3 years of experience in residential and new build residential conveyancing. Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Pam is a qualified Solicitor with many years experience in all forms of conveyancing.
Emma has been a conveyancer since 2006 and has since qualified as a legal executive in 2013.
Having dealt with all types of residential property law, Emma has vast knowledge of conveyancing with a degree in law.
