Thelma Horne - Licenced Conveyancer


Thelma commenced her career in law in 1974 completing FILEX exams in the early 80’s and then qualified with the CLC in 1986.

Since then she has worked in both private practice and corporate environments opening new offices for law firms. In 2012 she set up Bespoke Law Services with the purpose of drawing on her years of experience to provide clients with a good value and outstanding service.

Chloe Scott - Head of Legal


Chloe’s lengthy experience of residential conveyancing experience spans over 20 years and is underpinned by strong academic success culminating in a distinction in the Legal Practice Course and qualifying as a Fellow Chartered Legal Executor.

She deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing; freehold, leasehold, new build, transfers of part, shared ownership, Help to Buy, retirement flats, deeds of variation/rectification and voluntary lease extensions etc. Chloe is a keen ‘problem solver’ in the context of strong customer service. She understands and empathises with clients as to the potential stress and emotion of buying and selling properties and works hard to minimise the effect of the process in this regard.

As well as truly enjoying her role as a conveyancer, Chloe enjoys the great outdoors. She spends her free time walking and exploring the Peak District where she lives with her family.

William Dalton - Operations Director


William has an abundance of experience operating at a Senior level in delivering a happy and productive working place with great teams and individuals to drive a customer centric vision sharing his passion for openness, fairness, and energy for the greater good in all things conveyancing and to aspire to be second to none in employee and client care.

Christine Rogers - Conveyancer


Christine has been working in conveyancing for 18 years and has been with Bespoke Law Services since its infancy having previously managed the property department of a large conveyancing practice.

She has extensive experience dealing with all types of transactions including repossessions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and residential sales and purchases.

Amanda Rose - Conveyancer


Amanda has extensive experience in all aspects of residential property including sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, shared ownership and help to buy. Amana is also experienced in commercial conveyancing including Lease Renewal, License to Assign as well as purchasing shops and units.

Sian Saunders - Conveyancing Executive


Sian began her legal career in 2019 with Bespoke Law Services, after graduating from University. She holds a Law degree with Business LLB which was obtained from the University of Portsmouth in 2018.

Sian now works on residential conveyancing with prior experience buying and selling houses in her previous roles. Sian has extensive customer-facing experience and is understanding of the process and very attentive to client’s needs to ensure a smooth transition.

Joe Hadden - Conveyancing Executive


Joe graduated LLB Law from University of Sussex in 2018 prior to employment with Bespoke Law Services in January 2020.

Joe started out in the role of Legal Assistant before being promoted to Conveyancing Executive and will soon be commencing his part-time CILEX studies with the view of being a qualified Chartered Legal Executive in Conveyancing.

Shelley Taheri - Title Lawyer


Shelley has a huge amount of experience and acts as our title lawyer and supports the whole conveyancing department and is central to our ambition of being as efficient as possible.

Some clients have received emails purporting to be from Bespoke Law Services requesting funds to be sent to a different and new bank account.
