Thelma Horne -
Head of Practice

Thelma commenced her career in law in 1974 completing FILEX exams in the early 80’s and then qualified with the CLC in 1986.

Since then she has worked in both private practice and corporate environments opening new offices for law firms. In 2012 she set up Bespoke Law Services with the purpose of drawing on her years of experience to provide clients with a good value and outstanding service.

Claire Stone

Claire is a Solicitor with over 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial property.

She deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, remortgages and transfers of equity. She has worked in-house for two big organisations doing commercial property and has a breadth of knowledge, including development sites, finance work, Landlord and Tenant Act and other related matters.

Christine Rogers

Christine has been working in conveyancing for 18 years and has been with Bespoke Law Services since its infancy having previously managed the property department of a large conveyancing practice.

She has extensive experience dealing with all types of transactions including repossessions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and residential sales and purchases.

Shelley Taheri

After completing a Law degree and postgraduate Law School, Shelley qualified as a Legal Executive.

She has many years experience dealing with all manner and variety of conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages, shared ownership, new-build and transfers of equity. She also has experience of equity release schemes.

Chloe Scott

Chloe’s lengthy experience of residential conveyancing experience spans over 20 years and is underpinned by strong academic success culminating in a distinction in the Legal Practice Course and qualifying as a Fellow Chartered Legal Executor.

She deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing; freehold, leasehold, new build, transfers of part, shared ownership, Help to Buy, retirement flats, deeds of variation/rectification and voluntary lease extensions etc. Chloe is a keen ‘problem solver’ in the context of strong customer service. She understands and empathises with clients as to the potential stress and emotion of buying and selling properties and works hard to minimise the effect of the process in this regard.

As well as truly enjoying her role as a conveyancer, Chloe enjoys the great outdoors. She spends her free time walking and exploring the Peak District where she lives with her family.

Michaela Watts

Michaela is a Solicitor with a number of years’ experience in residential conveyancing.

She deals with many types of transactions including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, newbuilds, shared ownerships, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Kirsty Gilbert

Kirsty is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She started her legal career in 2013 as a paralegal in medical negligence, residential conveyancing and private client whilst studying for her law degree with CILEX.

Kirsty now works solely in residential conveyancing.
